You may extend your coverage in one-day increments up to 12 months from the original effective date. Provided there is no break in coverage, you will not be require to re-satisfy your Deductible, Co-insurance, or Pre-existing Condition provision. A five dollar ($5) processing fee will be added to each extension.

For Atlas America, maximum duration of coverage is 12 months. For Atlas International, maximum duration of coverage is 36 months.

After 12 months of continuous coverage or any break in coverage, a new plan must be purchased. A new Application is required and you must re-satisfy your Deductible, Coinsurance and Pre-existing Condition provisions.

Extensions or Renewals must be made online with payment by credit card.
